Ciaran Sinclair is from Saltcoats, North Ayrshire. He is a self-employed photographer, piper, multi-instrumentalist and folk singer. With a love of folk music from a young age he always wanted to sing it and perform to people.
Listening to the McCallmans, the Corries and the Alexander Brothers made his love for the music flourish. Ciaran started singing in public at the age of 18 and sings at pubs and other events around Ayrshire. His repertoire includes a mixture of old and new folk songs which appeals to all age groups. As well as singing around local pubs and events, Ciaran regularly performs in local nursing homes, entertaining the residents with good old Scottish Folk Songs that they all remember and love.
