Clamjamfrie

Clamjamfrie imageClamjamfrie are a lively five piece, Scottish ceilidh band formed by musicians from the villages of Kilbarchan and Lochwinnoch in Renfrewshire, Scotland.

They are equally at home providing music for Scottish ceilidh dancing and foot stomping songs and tunes for your entertainment. Their line up includes Mark Adams on fiddle, Allan MacLeod on mandolin and banjo, Karen Sillars on accordion, Joe Logue on guitar and vocals and Jane Fawcett on percussion. A typical evening of dancing with Clamjamfrie includes a good mix of popular Scottish ceilidh classics as well as an introduction to some of their favourite, less well known Clamjamfrie imagedances. All dances are expertly guided by Karen, their main dance caller, ensuring that everyone feels at ease joining in, particularly if it is their first Scottish ceilidh dance experience.

They released their debut CD Clammin' last year which was produced by Birnam CD and distributed by Highlander Distribution. It is also available on itunes and Amazon.
